Digital Print – Press Operator
Position Type: Full-Time
Standard Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm*
Summary: This role is located at our Las Vegas, NV facility. Digital Press Operators complete customs orders by operating and maintaining our digital press machines. adjust, operate, and maintain our digital printing presses in both team and independent settings.
Responsibilities:
- Adjust, operate, and maintain top of the line digital printing presses.
- Process orders based on the specifications outlined in the work order.
- Managing print queue, ensuring optimal print, quality checks, and replenish supplies such as ink and substrate to maintain consistent performance.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance of equipment on a scheduled and as needed basis.
- Familiarize products and printer specifications including setup, size, and paper.
- Maintain a clean work environment while following all safety regulations.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferred knowledge of printing procedures, computer software, materials, equipment, safety requirements, and skills to perform assignments.
- Mechanical knowledge & manufacturing experience required.
- Skill to read and understand job specifications to determine press set-up materials needed to run the job successfully.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of printer capabilities to determine the most appropriate use of the printer and corrective adjustments required to run efficiently.
- Must have the ability to work at a high level, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus, attention to detail, and quick decision making.
- Ability to work solely as well as in a team setting.
- Due to the nature of this position, a flexible schedule is required as hours may vary at times based on production needs.

Physical Requirements:
- Job requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 to 70 pounds of force frequently.
- Safety shoes are required are required on the production floor.
- Moderate chemical exposure consisting of cleaning products and possible exposure to ink jet ink and wash, which is a hazardous substance. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and chemical protective gloves are required and will be provided when using ink jet products.
- Remain in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Work in noisy environments.
- Majority of this job requires standing for approximately 90% of the day.
- Work in high and low temperatures
