Business Development- Service and Maintenance Sales
Are you a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with a big-picture vision? Our client is looking for a Service Maintenance Sales expert to drive our HVAC service contract business in the commercial sector. While HVAC experience is a plus, we’re seeking someone who excels at networking and building lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
• Business Development & Relationship Building: Identify and secure new clients, leveraging existing relationships to build a robust book of business.
• Sales & Contract Management: Develop customized service proposals and drive the sales of HVAC maintenance contracts (sales goals/bonus structure to be specified).
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Partner with our technical team to quickly resolve service issues and manage client escalations.
• Data & Market Insight: Use tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office to optimize strategies and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Dynamic Work Environment: Enjoy a role with a 70/30 field-to-office work ratio, fostering hands-on client engagement and strategic planning.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven sales and business development experience with strong networking skills.
• A visionary mindset with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
• Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce) and standard office software.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly rate: $35–$40
• $600/month vehicle allowance
