About the Role
:We are seeking a dynamic Employee & Labor Relations Specialist to serve as the voice of the employees, proactively engaging with staff, resolving workplace concerns, and fostering a positive employer-employee relationship. This role requires someone who is approachable, highly visible on the floor, and skilled at handling employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
.
Key Responsibilitie
- s:Act as the first point of contact for employee complaints, assessing concerns and referring complex issues to HR leadershi
- p.Respond to routine labor relations inquiries related to company policies and procedure
- s.Conduct initial interviews and gather information on employee relations matters, including workplace complaints, harassment allegations, and grievance
- s.Partner with leadership to identify and address ongoing performance challenges that impact employee engagemen
- t.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EEO laws, affirmative action, collective bargaining agreements, and labor relations best practice
- s.Promote a positive work environment by being highly visible on the floor, talking to employees, and solving issues proactivel
- y.Ensure compliance with safety policies, wearing appropriate PPE when require
- d.Travel to job sites as needed to engage with employees and resolve concern

Required Qualificatio
