As Senior People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) for Gilbarco, you will provide HR leadership and expertise to business leaders and line managers on the people-related matters affecting their business. You will lead the labor and employee relations activity for the Greensboro, NC, manufacturing facility. You will also lead various HR activities, including organization and leadership development, organizational design, change management, compensation administration, talent acquisition, and employee and labor relations.
This position is 5 days a week at the onsite headquarters in Greensboro, NC, supporting the operations function.

What You Will Do
- Act as a strategic business partner to understand organizational goals and drive key HR strategies, building relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching on talent management, succession planning, and labor relations, including negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements.
- Lead and administer all activities related to grievance processes and represent the company in grievance hearings and arbitrations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements while monitoring HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining employee data security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years progressive HR generalist business partner.
- At least 2 years of union/labor relations experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with MS Office Suite, HRIS, Payroll, and ATS systems.
- Experience working independently in a highly decentralized, process-oriented, and hands-on organization with the ability to resourcefully innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, and highly complex environment.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute flawlessly with great attention to detail.
- Strong written/oral communication, effective presentation and facilitation, conflict resolution, and influence skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement the best solutions.
- Demonstrated process orientation skills and experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
- Manufacturing environment preferred.
