Key Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment, material, and subcontractor estimates
- Handle purchasing responsibilities for non-commodity items
- Oversee submittal, operations, maintenance, and closeout processes
- Negotiate and price change orders
- Develop initial schedules for project work
- Submit RFIs and review responses for scope impact
- Coordinate project information with Construction Manager, Fabrication Division, and Start-up Supervisor
- Collaborate with Virtual Construction Department for detailing information
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in managing commercial construction projects
- Proven track record with projects lasting a year or more
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical), Building Construction, or Construction Engineering Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Excel and project management software
- Business acumen in strategic planning, accounting, cost forecasting, and resource coordination
- Diplomatic skills in dealing with internal & external customers (owners, GCs, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, draftsmen)
- Knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with building materials, engineering standards, and codes

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
