What You Will Be Doing:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for direct hire roles in the construction, and industrial sectors.
- Sourcing Top Talent: Develop and implement strategies to source candidates for high-volume and specialized positions such as trades, skilled labor, and management roles.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet the company's needs.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Utilizing ATS & Tools: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process and report on recruitment activities.
- Industry Engagement: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in construction and manufacturing recruitment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Recruiting Experience: At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to recruit for both high-volume and specialized positions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and other recruitment tools to optimize the hiring process.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade Recruitment: Experience recruiting for skilled labor and trade positions.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English fluency is a plus.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and regulations specific to the construction and manufacturing industries.
Other Essential Functions:
- Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track recruiting metrics, provide regular updates, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Collaboration: Work in tandem with other HR professionals and team members to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruiting trends and implement new practices to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
