We are currently seeking an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a dynamic organization in the Triad area of NC. This is a contract position, reporting onsite 5 days a week. The contract will last for 5 months, starting min March 2025.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, staffing positions across all levels, from entry-level to executive.
- Work closely with hiring managers to draft and publish job requisitions based on department needs.
- Review resumes, assess candidates, and conduct thorough phone interviews to determine suitability for roles.
- Use a mix of sourcing strategies, including networking, cold calling, and candidate mining, to attract top-tier talent.
- Coordinate the interview process by scheduling interviews and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
