Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication

- Manage a small team of seasonal outside sales reps.
- Pest control experience
- Obtain pest control licensing
- Obtain QualityPro certification
- Pass background and drug tests
- Exude a positive workmanlike attitude
Compensation Potential and Benefits:
- This is a commission based position. Starting commission scale will be based on experience and verifiable past performance.
- Profit Share available after seasonal success
- Should expect to make $60-$90k in the first year
- Earnings will significantly increase year over year as profit share is from company growth not just growth produced by outside sales.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage outside sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in the pest control sector.
- Generate residential and commercial sales and leads through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and account management.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to achieve performance targets.
