Business Development Representative
Job Type: Contract worker, 10-40 hours per week
Reports to: Company Owners
Location: Northern Utah
Compensation: Commission Bonus Totaling $30k - $200k per year.

Role:
You are responsible for lead generation, follow-up, and conversion for real estate investors who will benefit from high quality residential property management services. You will be given the tools, training, and professional coaching needed to be successful. This role will include inbound & outbound calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings with investors, real estate agents and other property management companies. Your job is to find, qualify, and convert real estate investors for residential management services. The company owners will be happy to provide guidance and coaching, but you’ll primarily be self-led in working toward meeting your KPI’s.
Compensation:
- $85-150K expected total earnings. Top performers will realistically earn more.
- 100% commission bonus
- $1,500/mo base pay for first 2 months, if onboarding schedule is followed.
- Currently the only salesperson, you get all leads. Over prior 2 years, we close 50 deals/yr with little outbound effort.
- 1099 contractor position
Responsibilities:
- Lead gen, nurture, & closing
- Incoming & outgoing sales calls
- Research & attend in-person networking events
- Relationship building
- CRM Management
- Send contracts to new clients
- Rental Comp Analysis
- Focus on all stages of the sales pipeline
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Daily updates to company owners
- Identify the most effective sales strategies for our prospective clients
- Other sales-related responsibilities as needed
Results:
- Add a minimum of 10 doors (rental units under management) per month
- Communicate effectively with prospects
- Clean and up-to-date CRM
- New clients should meet Kodiak’s New Client Standards
Requirements:
- Located near Davis or Salt Lake County Utah
- Sales experience & skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated
- Meet or exceed company sales targets
- Able to discuss real estate investment fundamentals, or willing to learn.
- Real Estate or Property Management experience is a plus
- Ability to build solid customer relationships
- Have a strong drive for success and results
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work independently
- This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check and/or drug screen.
- Real Estate license preferred but not required. A license will need to be obtained if employment is offered.
