Your Role as a Canvassing Manager
As a Canvassing Manager, you will:
- Lead and Motivate – Train, mentor, and manage a team of door-to-door solar representatives.
- Drive Performance – Set and exceed lead generation goals through hands-on coaching and strategic leadership.
- Master the Process – Implement and refine canvassing strategies to maximize outreach and conversion success.
- Foster Team Growth – Build a winning culture through mentorship, team huddles, and ongoing training.
- Track and Optimize – Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and overall success.
- Expand Your Leadership – Once you’ve proven success in building and leading your team, we will take over recruiting for you, allowing you to focus on coaching, training, and scaling operations.
What You Bring
- Minimum one year of experience managing a solar canvassing team.
