Overview
We are seeking a skilled Injection Mold Process Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in injection molding and the ability to operate and maintain various machinery. This role is essential in ensuring the production of high-quality plastic components while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications.
- Assemble and fabricate components as needed, ensuring precise measurements and quality control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with logic controllers and other equipment during production runs.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in injection molding or a related field is preferred OR certification as a process technician.
- Experience with materials handling in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate should be prepared to dedicate extended hours as necessary to meet deadlines, address critical tasks, and ensure the successful completion of projects.
