Maintenance Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of machines, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing industries, warehouses maintenance, and leadership skills to supervise maintenance activities effectively.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines, including logic controllers and schematics.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot logic controllers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Spanish (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
