Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, complying with daily goals, and ensuring the production line is on task. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and guide team members.
Duties
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve their skills.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies that increase performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines and procedures while maintaining a healthy working environment.
- Ensure the product is up to standard with the companies guidelines.
