Store Manager

Kohl’s is immediately hiring a full-time Store Manager to join our team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin! Store Manager is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:

• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring talent
• Collaborating with the store executive team to develop and execute associate retention strategies, and identifying trends and opportunities to make business recommendations
• Overseeing the development and coaching of all associates, including the appraisal process for the purpose of recommending and executing promotions or other changes in position
• Driving Associate Engagement and Development through effective communication, feedback and recognition
• Fostering a collaborative and engaged environment, addressing and managing associate concerns
• Ensuring store Cash Office, Service Desk, and Building Safety standards are maintained
• Overseeing the execution of all merchandising directives and localization, ensuring merchandise is properly placed throughout the store
• Analyzing workload strategies, sharing findings with store staff and leadership to develop action plans
