As a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative, you will primarily work at our Kohler branch but may also travel to nearby branches within the area. In this role, you will assist our members with their financial transactions, help them reach their financial goals, and offer personalized financial products that suit their needs-all while providing exceptional customer service. At Kohler Credit Union, we offer competitive starting wages for floating positions, $18.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 for floating. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to members, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Accurately process financial transactions and handle cash securely.
• Effectively communicate with members to address questions, resolve concerns, and recommend suitable financial products.
• Travel between branches as necessary and participate in ongoing training to develop your skills.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with members, focused on enhancing their financial well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong numerical and computer skills.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred, and cash handling experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for travel between branches.
• Availability to work rotating Saturday shifts (typical hours: 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM or 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM).
