In this role, you will primarily work at our Kohler branch, with occasional travel to other branches within the area. You'll assist members with their financial transactions, help them achieve their financial goals, and recommend tailored financial products that meet their needs-all while delivering top-tier member service. We offer a competitive starting wage of $17.50 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour for floating positions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to members, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Process financial transactions accurately and handle cash securely.
• Communicate clearly with members to address inquiries, resolve issues, and recommend appropriate financial products.
• Travel between branches as required and participate in ongoing training for skill development.
• Build long-term relationships with members, focusing on their financial well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong numerical and computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; cash handling experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation for travel between branches.
• Availability to work rotating Saturday shifts; typical hours range from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM or 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM.
