Role Overview:
As a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with financial transactions, addressing their banking needs, and offering valuable products and services that support their financial goals. You will work primarily at our Saukville branch but may travel to other Southern branches as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with both new and existing members by helping them achieve their financial goals through the products and services we offer.
- Meet and exceed performance goals related to accuracy, service quality, and member satisfaction.
- Process financial transactions securely and accurately, including cash handling.
- Adhere to established procedures for managing accounts, ensuring security and compliance.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with members, whether in person, by phone, or via email.
- Travel to various branches as required to assist with member needs and tasks.
- Participate in continuous training and development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Take on additional responsibilities to support the credit union's goals.
What We're Seeking:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, with cash handling experience a plus.
- Skills: Strong math and computer skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel between branches and work rotating Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to Noon.
- Compliance: Ability to adhere to industry standards and regulations.
