As Systems Applications & Communications Coordinator for the Senior Director, Food & Beverage you will manage essential administrative duties related to EATEC, Universal Desktop, and Technology Initiatives. You will cultivate and maintain a robust understanding of Food and Beverage operations, contributing to the seamless execution of our high standards of service and excellence.
Specific Responsibilities include:
The hourly range for this position is $20.75 - $25.95. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.

As Systems Applications & Communications Coordinator for the Senior Director, Food & Beverage you will manage essential administrative duties related to EATEC, Universal Desktop, and Technology Initiatives. You will cultivate and maintain a robust understanding of Food and Beverage operations, contributing to the seamless execution of our high standards of service and excellence.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Attend Daily Operations Hotel Meeting and follow up as needed with F&B Managers
- Have a recurring daily meeting with F&B Manager to go over projects/ issues that have arisen or follow ups that are needed
- Manager calendars for F&B Directors.
- Organize F&B and Chefs Meetings, take minutes and follow up as needed.
- Assist with integrating new exempt managers
- Complete Expense Reports for F&B Directors
- Handle Travel for F&B Director
- Order office supplies, forms and envelopes, etc. for all Food & Beverage Department
- Act as a liaison between Food and Beverage systems users, internal IT support departments, Accounting and external vendor support to maintain and improve departmental procedures.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and work instructions for Food and Beverage business systems
- Assist in tracking training programs for Food and Beverage
- Contributes to the development of Authorized Corporate Transactions (ACT’s)
- Assist F&B Director with monthly inventory discrepancies and reconciliation.
- Integrate recipes into EATEC to validate costing of menus and recipe adherence. Connect with IG to allow decrement of product to happen and establish efficiency data.
- Collect, log and distribute paperwork related to Operator Licenses for all H&RE associates within the Village of Kohler.
- Complete annual FDA-US Food & Drug Administration Food Facility Registration (Due every two years)
- Complete annual Dairy Plant License (Due every year)
- Complete annual Food Processing Plant License (Due every year)
- Complete annual Sheboygan County Department of Health & Human Services Renewal
- Applications for Restaurants, Lodging and Pools.
- In Room Dining, TAC Restaurants, Banquets, Whistling Straits, Blackwolf Run, TOWL consists of typing, sending to Communications, proofing, final menu copies and distribution to outlets and websites.
- Bachelor's Degree with curriculum in Food and Beverage management and/or Technical Communications preferred. Will accept associate’s degree with at least two or more years of
- Food and Beverage management and/or demonstrable writing experience.
- Good working knowledge of Windows Explorer and Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with food & beverage point-of-sale and inventory management programs
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage management and Inventory Systems Skills preferred
- Presentation skills required to help facilitate group meetings
