Opportunity
The Master Scheduler, Service Parts is responsible for scheduling the component movements and kitting requirements of the Service Parts business located in Kohler, Wisconsin. Under the direction of the Associate Business Director – Service Parts, this role will work closely with the General Supervisor, Service Parts to provide continuous workflow to the Service Parts Warehouse Operations. Duties are performed in a manner consistent with the achievement of safety, quality, cost and delivery metrics.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling function for the Kitting & Bagging of Service Parts. Includes expediting orders, resolving credit issues, and assisting with customer & technical support
- Review of planned orders for WI Service Parts and work with non-WI plants to drive production & order fulfillment for parts needed in WI
- Manage storage locations and perform regular cycle counts
- Work closely with General Supervisor – Service Parts to deliver continuous and appropriate levels of work to the Operators for pulling, kitting and packaging
- Coordinate third party services as required (Lakeshore Latching, QPI)
- Assist Supply Chain Analysts with open order management and maintaining the lead-time report used by Customer Service
- Submit requests to update master data as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation
- Implement improvements in scheduling methods and processes and provide feedback on changes
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Works with minimal supervision
Skills/Requirements
- Associates Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years prior material or production scheduling experience
- Must be proficient in use of PC and scheduling systems
- Must be able to function in a multi-tasking environment
Preferred
- SAP knowledge is preferred but not required
- Entrepreneurial spirit – a self-starter with an internal drive to identify and create new business opportunities

The salary range for this position is $59,250 - $74,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
