Specific Responsibilities

Facilitating tennis programs for members, hotel guests and the general public

Assisting to develop activity planning calendars and execute creative programs that maximize court usage

Assisting to schedule, promote and execute both sanctioned and non-sanctioned tournaments in accordance with WTA and USTA guidelines

Maintaining accurate records and data base information related to all tennis activity – including lesson rosters and tournaments

Following standard training programs for Racquet Assistants
- Possessing the skills to restring and regrip racquets and ensure quality service
This could be a part time position based on experience, with shifts on weekdays and weekends between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Skills/Requirements

Prior experience at a high caliber club or resort preferred

Maintain at least one nationally recognized tennis certification (PTR, PTA)

Must be a certified tennis professional; 1-2 years prior experience preferred.
- Candidate must possess a friendly demeanor and above average communication skills needed to interact effectively with members and the general public of all ages
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The competitive commission range for this position may be influenced by a variety of factors.
