CPA firm seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing tax documents for clients
- Data entry and file management
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Invoicing and A/R support
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Perform various other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office software
- Work well under pressure, tight deadlines and maintain composure throughout
- Able to work well and communicate with team

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
