\We are seeking a qualified and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time Case Manager for our adolescent residential therapeutic program. The Case Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the well-being and support of youth in our program.
\Responsibilities:

- Managing youth medication and insurance eligibility \
- Facilitating psychiatric and medical appointments \
- Transporting of youth to needed appointments \
- Collaborating with treatment team regarding medical needs \
- Role modeling appropriate and positive adult behavior to youth \
