Responsibilities
As an Automotive Technician at Kollective Automotive Group, your role is pivotal in delivering top-notch service. Here's what we expect:
- Timely Repairs and Maintenance: Efficiently repair and maintain customer vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
- Multi-Point Inspection: Consistently utilize our Multi-Point inspection tool at a rate greater than 98%, maintaining safety and reliability.
- High-Quality Workmanship: Provide high-quality work at a productive rate, following published procedures and safety guidelines, ensuring Parts Compliance.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins and service publications to stay ahead in your field.
- Continuous Training: Attend and actively participate in training programs recommended by our Shop Supervisor and management to enhance your skills.
- Warranty Compliance: Adhere to warranty policies when assisting other Dealership Team members in completing warranty information, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Pay: $30.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to work in Brooklyn, NY. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- At least 1 year of professional Automotive repair experience in a Dealership, Franchise, or reputable shop environment.
- Clean drivers license (Required)
- NYS Inspectors license (a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Successful completion of a Post-secondary Automotive Technology program (Preferred)
