Our client, a B2B SaaS and Compliance company, are hiring a customer-centric Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between Sales and Customer Success, focusing on understanding their customers' needs and finding opportunities to use their products to help them grow.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, solving problems, and thinking strategically. They are looking for someone who is consultative, customer-focused, and driven to find and create successful outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Become a product and industry expert, acquiring the knowledge needed to understand customer business needs and build trust-based advisory relationships.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer goals, objectives, and KPIs.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to drive value and grow accounts.
- Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
- Communicate the value of our solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and gather valuable customer feedback.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and service delivery.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role within SaaS.
- Empathy and a strong commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for working across teams.
- A hands-on approach and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A finance or data-driven background, as well as an understanding of the M&A industry, is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
