Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Territory Manager for the Philadelphia region, you will be the face of Kolmac, responsible for driving referral growth, expanding our footprint, and building long-term relationships with key partners in the behavioral health and addiction treatment space.
Your mission: connect patients to life-changing treatment by fostering relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the Go-To Resource – Serve as a compassionate liaison for patients, families, and referral sources looking for treatment options.
- Expand Our Reach – Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase access to care and drive census growth.
- Build & Maintain Relationships – Partner with hospitals, treatment centers, medical professionals, and community organizations to expand awareness of Kolmac’s services.
- Present & Educate – Lead impactful presentations that showcase Kolmac’s programs, ensuring referral sources understand how we can help.
- Represent & Advocate – Attend industry trade shows, marketing meetings, health fairs, and community events to position Kolmac as a leader in addiction and mental health treatment.
- Drive Growth with Data – Use analytics to assess regional trends, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies.
- Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with our marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach efforts.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Business Development Expertise – Experience in sales, outreach, or referral relationship management with a strong track record of growing a territory.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – You know how to connect with people, build trust, and close deals.
- A Growth Mindset – You’re adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- A Love for the Field – This role requires 70% travel to meet with referral sources and attend key industry events.
- Technology Know-How – Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is a plus!
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare business development
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Understanding of managed care systems, reimbursement models, and referral pipelines

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $82,000 to $95,000 annually. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
