Position Summary: The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the operation and staff of the Restaurant Bar to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency. _____________________________________________________________________________

- Ensure the physical environment and cleanliness of the kitchen, food storage areas, and lobby dining space.
- Assist in maintaining a smooth-running operation.
- Monitor food quality and service level.
- Monitor and drive F&B revenue at the bar/Placery.
- Provide a pleasant and efficient environment for staff and guests.
- Assist in inventory control.
- Maintain service standards.
- Assist in daily paperwork including inventory, temperature control logs, etc.
- Assist staff with any problems that may occur.
- Cover all positions/shifts in banquets, bar, and breakfast when necessary.
- Ensure that Associates comply with tip-reporting requirements, uniform and service guidelines, and other policies and procedures.
- Complete any additional tasks as requested by management
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: High school education/GED.
Experience: 2 years restaurant or hotel F&B experience
Hours required: Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
- Ability to communicate with guests.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to provide friendly guest service with a smile.
- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. (minimum of 50 lbs)
