- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and use tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of equipment repairs, fabrication, welding, and mechanical techniques
