Project Coordinator
Based in Longview, Texas

Responsibilities:
- Project logistics and supply
- Project Coordination and resource scheduling
- Data management
- Project costs/budget track and forecast
- Proposals, estimates, schedules, deliverables
- Audit of project and expense documentation
- Field crew support
- Frequent communications with clients
Working environment:
- Primary responsibilities for this position will be completed in an office / warehouse environment with approximately 20% travel to various job sites
- Frequently changing priorities requiring flexibility, multitasking, and the ability to perform under pressure
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good computer skills - primarily MS Office and SharePoint
- Must be able to travel approximately 20% of the time
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Good math aptitude
- Good understanding of SAFE work practices in a construction environment
- Desire to learn and continuously improve in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in similar project coordination/management
Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. If you have questions, please speak to your recruiter about the flexibility and detail of our compensation philosophy. For this role, we anticipate paying $21.00 - $29.00 per hour.
