Komatsu, a global leader in the manufacturing, distribution and service of mining/construction equipment, is actively seeking Technical Service Representatives (TSRs) from Entry Level to Senior TSR to maintain and troubleshoot Komatsu (P&H) mining equipment, including electric shovels, at customers serviced by our Safford, AZ facility.
- Lead issue resolution teams in the field to effectively research, document and review product Issues occurring on Komatsu (P&H)equipment.
- Oversee machine troubleshooting, inspection and audit teams. Accurately report machine condition, repair/maintenance recommendations, time to repair/service, and recommended upgrades. Facilitate development of maintenance strategies that promote safety, system reliability, and the reduction of unplanned down time.
- Assume project management of major electrical field jobs. Assist electricians with installations, wiring and commissioning of equipment.
- Effectively communicate to Customer Supervisors, Managers, Internal Employees, Engineering and Product Support on any customer requirements.
- Senior Technical Service Representativessupervise other TSRs, lead training activities, provide mentorshipand actively promote a collaborative learning culture between Komatsu Service Centers and Product Support.
