We are Kompose, aka the new kid in town, and we are excited to be here! That’s because we are not just opening the doors to a new hotel, we are writing the first chapter of an exciting new story. Kompose Hotels chose Sarasota as its first home but this is only just the beginning.

As our name suggests, Kompose Hotel gives back control to our guests, allowing them to “Kompose” their stay. How exactly do we do this? Kompose has created a completely a la carte experience – promoting transparency, knowledge and individualism in every stay! Kompose is the first hotel brand designed to give guests freedom of choice. As our guests “Kompose” their stay they may choose any experience they want, from just a bed all the way to a full 4-star experience.

Role Overview

The Front Desk Ambassador is Kompose's voice and image. We want you to be yourself and welcome guests and locals into a warm atmosphere offering a new hospitality vision where everyone has the freedom of choice !

Trained to know Kompose like the back of your hand, you will become a jack-of-all-trade hospitality professional and a Kompose expert.

Your mission includes :

• Sharing your knowledge about the hotel offer: philosophy, amenities available to elevate the guest’s stay, room category, promotions…
• Greeting guests and going through the registration process that includes but is not limited to: presenting Kompose offer, inputting information from the PMS, confirmation of guest information and room rate, coding electronic keys, promoting add-ons…
• Assisting guest with check-out including but not limited to : ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted, processing payment method, making modification, resolving any issue.
• Being yourself and genuinely engage in conversations with guests to orient them about what Sarasota and Kompose Hotel has to offer: services, food options, amenities, activities…
• Attending to special requests and to any of our guests’ unique needs to elevate their experience and following up with them to promote satisfaction.
• Handling guest complaints, conduct research to resolve and provide solutions for guest satisfaction
• Communicating with all your team mates to build a strong team spirit and ensure a flowing working dynamic
• Standing ready to help any department if needed,
• Standing ready to assist guest in Kompose Market place.
• Setting up, maintaining, and restocking our tasty food displays.
• Making sure our charming retail boutique is fully stocked and items are elegantly displayed.
• Always acting in accordance with policies and procedure when working with the PMS
• Being proactive and making sure that your working area as well as the hotel itself is always clean and tidy,

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
