Job Description

Inside Sales & Marketing of a Real Estate Private Equity Fund

We are a private equity fund and real estate development firm in Beverly Hills hiring an Investor Relations (IR) Associate to conduct outbound telephone marketing and to handle inbound inquiries from prospective investors. IR Associates will respond to prospective investors inbound inquiries, pose basic qualification questions, and set advancement meetings for the Senior IR Consultant. The fund, offering, and project of which prospective investors are inquiring is an oceanfront, luxury, agricultural, and residential development in Hawaii.

Company principals have a 50-year track record of real estate development, marketing, and sales in the destination real estate sector and have created nearly $1 billion in sales.

Specific training and continued guidance provided. Securities license is not required. Must be a money motivated self-starter that is goal oriented. Obsession, drive, high performance, determination, persistence, and dedication are all traits that will serve you well in this position. Inbound Leads produced via paid ad campaigns are provided by the company.

This is an Associate position that will be working under a Senior IR Consultant. You must be highly proficient with outbound calling and be confident with engaging high-income, high-net worth accredited investors.

Applicable Experience

  • Working with High Income, High Net worth individuals.
  • Real Estate marketing and/or sales.
  • Investment marketing such as oil and gas, precious metals, forex, movies, or other private placements. Investment Offerings.
  • Stocks, bonds, and other securities marketing and/or sales. Financial Services.
  • High ticket telephone sales.

Required Skills

  • Must have full command of the English language and be able to converse in a business-professional manner.
  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Windows and Office capabilities.
  • MUST have advanced knowledge and experience with CRMs. Hubspot preferred.
  • MUST have experience with predictive or power dialer. Kixie preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • General business, real estate, and/or investment knowledge and experience.
  • Must always remain professional and focused on achieving goals.

Disqualifications

  • Felony record, SEC sanctions, any type of financial crime, or act of theft or fraud.

Contract Type

  • Independent Contractor. 1099’d.

Office Location & Environment

  • Office is located on the east side of Beverly Hills near the SLS Hotel and Beverly Center in a class-A office building.
  • Office is newly renovated, and all furniture and equipment is brand new.
  • Floor to ceiling windows provide a lot of natural light.
  • Business – Business/Casual atmosphere.

Compensation

  • Base. $60K
  • Bonus. 10-30% of base depending on performance.
