Job Overview
As an Investor Relations Associate, you will be responsible for answering investor inquiries, processing capital activity, supporting financial analysis in response to investor requests, and playing an important role in due diligence with current and prospective investors
The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for :
- Process capital calls
- Relay strategic information, performance updates and market insights to inve
- storsOversee the AML / KYC protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance and deadlines
- Review LP sub-documents
- Focus on DDQs and RFPs for potential and current investors
- Oversee the distribution of K-1 tax documents to investors, ensuring regulatory compliance and deadline
