Responsibilities :
- Beverage Preparation : Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Customer Service : Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Order Management : Accurately take and process beverage orders, manage transactions, and handle cash and credit card payments efficiently.
- Inventory Control : Monitor and maintain bar inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and report any shortages to management.
- Compliance : Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages, including verifying the legal drinking age of patrons.
- Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.
