Kona Grill is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bartenders. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the atmosphere of our bars and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Mixing and serving drinks with precision and flair.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a high-energy environment and drive sales.
• This position may also involve taking orders and serving food at the bar.

Requirements for success include:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• A strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• The capacity to lift and carry heavy objects, such as glass racks and ice bins, safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write in English fluently.
