- Ensure safe arrival at scheduled events and greet customers with a warm smile
- Provide exceptional service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy, making sure to meet their needs and exceed expectations
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all
- Perform basic cleaning tasks on trucks/warehouse, keeping our equipment and facilities in top condition
- Complete pre-shift preparations and stock our trucks accurately, ready for the day's events
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, reading, counting, and accurately completing documentation as needed
- Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to the appropriate staff members
