Konakis Insurance Agency, Shelter Insurance is looking for an insurance customer service representative to join our team of top level producers. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer queries, and providing potential customers with detailed information about our products. You may also be required to review a customer’s policy and direct calls to agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
To ensure success as an insurance customer service representative, you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
In order to be successful in insurance, sales agents must have an impeccable language and communication skills, must be able to make quick judgments under pressure and must be persuasive and convincing. With a passion for people and for constantly changing work environments.
This position will be $35,000 to $55,000 per year plus commissions depending on experience and licensure.
This position is 30-40 hours per week with some flexibility.
