Job Summary:
The Program Manager for the Contingent Workforce MSP oversees the efficient management of the contingent workforce program, ensuring seamless service delivery, compliance, and cost efficiency. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the MSP team to optimize workforce strategies and align with business goals while maintaining high performance and program integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight:
- Manage the daily operations of the MSP program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor program performance using data-driven insights and address escalations efficiently.
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize program workflows and results.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers, HR, procurement, and business leaders to understand and meet workforce needs.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Vendor Management:
- Oversee supplier performance, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with program goals.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
- Ensure program activities comply with labor laws, contractual agreements, and company policies.
- Mitigate risks associated with contingent workforce engagements, such as contracts, rates, and work authorizations.
Cost Management:
- Drive cost efficiency through rate negotiations, benchmarking, and process optimization.
- Analyze spend data to provide actionable insights that balance cost savings with quality.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Deliver regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting program metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Use analytics to forecast demand, track ROI, and measure program success.
Training & Development:
- Educate hiring managers and internal teams on MSP processes and best practices.
- Promote continuous learning and development for team members involved in the program.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing contingent workforce programs or similar roles.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building productive relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, labor laws, and risk mitigation in workforce management.
- Proficiency in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and analyzing workforce data.
