We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Project Manager to join our team and support our major national accounts with operational and sales activities. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining, growing, and adding value to our key accounts, ensuring the customer's performance goals and account management objectives are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and prevent account losses
- Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Account Management: Manage daily customer communication and equipment performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Contract Management: Ensure compliance with scope, terms, and conditions of contracts, contract riders, equipment, and locations within contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related industry
- In lieu of degree, 7-10 years senior account management or sales management experience
- The ideal background will bring understanding of sales and operations of all business lines, financial acumen, and collaboration skills ranging from written to verbal
- General management experience is desirable
