As our Customer Solutions Project Manager, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You will bring 8 years of relevant experience in elevator business field operations, branch, project management or selling. You will also use the knowledge gained through your Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or another relevant field) or several years' experience in elevator business field operations.
Hiring Requirements :
Engineering / Business / Technical background.
Broad business perspective.
Excellent understanding of KONE estimating systems, product applications, and order engineering processes.
Business, sales, and product application experience.
IT literacy. Fluent in MS Office, Excel, and Word skills.
SAP knowledge.
Experience of elevator industry and capability to survey and assess existing equipment.
Good communication skills, both written & spoken.
Customer focused with excellent attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of competitors’ technical solutions.
VB Specific : Site surveys, existing building modernization / installation methods.
Knowledge of supply engineering.
Good virtual collaboration skills.
Ability to travel when required.

The hiring range for this role is $115,800 – 159,170.The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan (60 / 40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
