Position Title: Product Specialist
Reports To: Sales Support Manager
Principal Responsibilities: Individual will work with existing overhead cranes/hoists in the Konecranes Parts Supply business. Specific responsibilities include the identification and replacement of current and obsolete parts, development of spare parts packages and cost/price analyzations. Requires interface with many different departments in order to provide technical support in a very fast and demanding environment. This position will report to Sales Support Manager. Education: Must have technical degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Successful candidate must have strong technical background with the ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring schematics. Prior experience in the overhead crane business is a plus.
Other Requirements: Must be self-motivated, creative and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Computer literate with all Microsoft Office programs
