Job Description
This position involves specialized work in the preparation and development of truss design quotes. The Product Specialist must have the ability to read blueprints and create truss quotes from the plans. Candidates must have understanding of load transfer, and be able to see potential structural issues when they arise. The Product Specialist needs to be able to address structural issues before quoting.

Skills & Requirements
- Quote blueprints and fax plans
- Provide a preliminary layout on blueprint plans
- Assist team members in resolving structural design problems that may arise on various building projects.
- Assist with Store training on Truss designs and truss quoting process
- Grow the market within 150 miles from the operating Truss plant
- Meet and land new contractors in Menards
- Measure Foundations
Degree in any of the following OR experience in the following fields :
Exceptional guest service skills
Strong project management skills
Good computer skills
Able to manage multiple concurrent activities
Knowledge of MiTek software (preferred)
