The New Growth Executive (Sales Hunter) is responsible for driving new business acquisition and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients. Focused on selling tech-driven CX solutions, this role targets organizations in the Retail and E-Commerce industry verticals, helping them enhance their contact center operations through innovative technologies or outsourcing solutions. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in selling either technology solutions for contact centers or BPO services within these industries, coupled with strong sales acumen, industry expertise, and a customer-centric approach. Experience selling to high-end fashion brands is an additional benefit.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
Identify, target, and win new logo business opportunities in the US market within the Retail and E-Commerce vertical.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive lead generation and networking efforts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals.
Solution Selling
Understand client requirements and design tailored solutions that integrate tech-driven CX strategies and BPO services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospects.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of CX technology and BPO solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Proposal Development and Presentation
Lead the creation of customized proposals, including financial models and implementation plans.
Deliver engaging sales presentations and demos to prospective clients.
Participate in RFX responses and tender documentation, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
Market Insights and Relationship Building
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the Retail and E-Commerce sectors.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the Retail and E-Commerce industries, particularly with high-end fashion brands.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and credibility, particularly within the Retail and E-Commerce sectors.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in selling contact center technology or BPO solutions, specifically within the Retail and E-Commerce verticals.
Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing new clients in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for experience working with high-end fashion brands.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of tech-driven CX solutions and their application within the contact center and BPO industries, with a deep focus on Retail and E-Commerce industry needs and challenges.
Proven ability to prospect and sell to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders in the Retail and E-Commerce sectors.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to industry-specific contexts.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipelines and track performance, with the ability to analyze industry-specific trends and client data.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
