Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Construction - Estimator/Project Manager located in Sandy, OR. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting.
Qualifications
Civil
- Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
- Cost Management and Budgeting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in civil construction project management or civil estimating
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or 5 years related field experience
- Experience with HCSS required
