KDA Inc. is looking for a Senior level, Experienced Business Development Director to support and Grow our Aerostructures and MRO (DMA) business focus area. This individual will be tasked with fostering / growing senior level engagements, understanding the US and global market, and working closely with our KDA counterparts in Norway to grow business both within the US and in Norway. The Senior BD Director shall be the primary link and conduit between DMA operations in Norway and the US market and existing customers on a day-to-day basis. This role will work closely with Norway-based DMA resources focused on the US market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop, in close alignment with DMA in Norway, the business development strategy to drive growth and profitability within DMA's business segments (Aerostructures & MRO) and capabilities in the United States
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and contract acquisitions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and positioning.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and suppliers.
- Sales and Revenue Growth : Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contracts, and programs.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Work as part of the KDA Inc. Business Development team to identify areas of cross collaboration and provide inputs to the overarching KDA Inc. Strategic Plan
