Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is looking for highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individuals to perform the duties of an Access Control/Security Specialist with intimate knowledge of visitor procedures. The Access Control Specialist will support KPS and Special Operations Command – South at Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL. These positions require Secret Security clearance. Please do not apply if you do not possess a Secret Security level clearance. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Access Control Specialists must be flexible and willing to alternate his or her schedule in order to staff any of the access control positions during the designated working hours to include supporting a 24/7 schedule. The Contractors may be required to shift their schedule or report to an alternate location without significant advance notice. Demonstrating cooperation and flexibility when directed to staff an alternate escort desk during any of the identified work hours is necessary.
Access Control Specialists Provide customer service at the main access control point to the SOCSOUTH headquarters during normal duty hours, Monday through Friday. Customer service includes welcoming and directing visitors, issuing access control badges, and briefing visitors on SOCSOUTH procedures and requirements, to include escort requirements, protection of classified information, and use of media and electronic devices.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must possess a Secret personnel security clearance.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or Education Equivalent
- Must be skilled in creating complex spreadsheets (i.e. Excel, etc.), in preparing briefings (i.e. PowerPoint, etc.), Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must perform all duties in an extremely professional, customer-service oriented manner.
- One (1) year experience providing in operating video monitoring equipment and records/database management with DoD and/or federal law enforcement agencies/organizations.
- One (1) year experience working with access control, facility security, and security administration on USG installations or facilities.
- Secret Security Clearnce required
