Miami Management, Inc. is seeking highly motivated, professional, well-groomed, and reliable individuals for Front Desk/Customer Service positions at some of the most prestigious residential properties in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Control access to the property (e.g., guests, vendors, contractors)
- Coordinate the receipt and delivery of packages
- Monitor security cameras and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Apply safety and security policies, programs, and procedures consistently
- Respond appropriately in emergencies (e.g., fire, water leaks, accidents)
- Answer phones in a clear, professional, and courteous manner
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Perform basic computer tasks as needed
- Assist with physical activities as required
Requirements:
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Polite, respectful, and well-mannered
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred for some positions

Salary:
$16.50 - $18.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
