Eagle Harbor Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Requirements Business Analyst with a DoD Secret Clearance to support our government customer at Fort Meade, MD.

Job Summary

Eagle Harbor Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join our team. This person will be primarily responsible for leading and guiding the team toward successful product delivery. We are looking for someone who is proactive in fostering a collaborative and iterative environment and embraces continuous improvement. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work closely with stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with key stakeholders to capture business needs, objectives, challenges, and drive requirements development, planning, and analysis to enhance operation capability
  • Facilitate working level cross-functional team meetings, providing minutes and other relevant artifacts
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business and system requirements for projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret requirements to ensure they are clear, consistent, and feasible.
  • Identify and elicit requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Assist stakeholders in accurately creating presentations for senior level decision-making.
  • Proactively identify and resolve impediments and dependencies.
  • Create and maintain clear and concise requirements document.
  • Research and describe high level conceptual views.
  • Communicate requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to validate and prioritize requirements.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of the DoD acquisitions process.
  • Experience with developing documentation, reviewing, and validating capability requirements across the Department.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Proficient in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools.
  • Strong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education And Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working at DoD or DISA
  • Must have a DoD Secret clearance
