Senior Production Print Specialist

Konica Minolta is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Production Print Specialist to implement the national production print program within the branch assignment and meet or exceed sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer knowledge to local sales team and sales management on activity generation, vertical market opportunities, and target accounts.
• Drive local and national telemarketing strategy and ensure a focused Production Print strategy within each key account.
• Utilize Konica Minolta's sales process and strategic knowledge of production print products, solutions, industry trends, and competitive product information to prospect and develop customer relationships.
• Analyze customer needs, develop solutions, prepare proposals, provide demonstrations, negotiate pricing, and maintain ongoing customer reviews.
• Assist sales teams in creating business plans for assigned markets/branches.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts as required by management.
• Drive company objectives for profitable production print sales, customer retention, growth, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of sales experience in production print or related industries.
• Documented history of meeting and exceeding quotas.
• 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of competitive equipment, applications, and solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational discipline.
• PC and software knowledge required.
