Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned projects and establish relationships with key clients
- Ensure safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability of all assigned projects
- Prepare and monitor detailed schedules for preconstruction, procurement, construction, and close out
- Develop new business and lead proposal process
- 3 years of previous commercial construction project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead others
