Project Architect / Project Manager
Minnetonka, MN – hybrid | Direct Hire | $75K - $85K
Konik is partnering with a well-established Architectural firm with expertise in commercial sector work and is seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager. Under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, the Project Architect / Project Manager will complete new construction and remodeling projects on schedule and within budget.
Project Architect / Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Senior Project Manager to complete projects on time and within budget
- Client and contractor communication
- Works in all stages of a project from conceptual design to SD, DD, CD to CA
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards
- Consult with engineering and consultants
- Manage drawing sets and provide guidance to Intern Architects and Drafters to ensure accuracy in drawings.
