Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is adding a Vice President of Construction to oversee their commercial and industrial projects.
Vice President of Construction Responsibilities:
- Lead program and project management efforts of large, complex projects
- Drive successful project outcomes by supporting and collaborating with Business Development, Project Managers, Estimators, and Operations
- Collaborate with Executive Team and define long term strategies
- Manage expenditures and budget forecasting while providing mentorship and direction to Construction Team
- 4 years of experience in similar leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar preferred; 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial design build projects required
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Strong business and financial acumen, communication skills, and ability to develop business and negotiate
